2026 Season Auditions

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for Mosley Street Melodrama. We are seeking new talent for our 2026 Season!
***If you have performed with us before, you do not need to audition, but feel free to reach out and let us know of your interest in performing with us again.***
We are currently only seeking performers of college age and older.
Instructions: Please fill out the Google Form above (click "Sign Up Here"). Each person will be assigned a 10 minute audition slot on the evening of Tuesday, October 21, 2025. A confirmation and assigned time will be sent to your email.
For your audition: Please prepare one song, no longer than 1 minute, and bring sheet music for the accompanist. You should also bring a physical copy of your headshot and resume.
(If time, we may ask you to sing another selection, so bring your book.)
After you've sung, we will ask you to do a cold read with one of our company members.

ABOUT OUR PROCESS
Each show rehearses for approximately 2 1/2 weeks before opening to the public. Due to the rapid rehearsal process, we don't allow conflicts during rehearsal or performance dates.

Our shows run for 7 weekends on Friday and Saturday evenings with Saturday matinees during week 5 and 6.
(Christmas has a more intense performance schedule which includes Wednesdays and Thursdays during December.)

All roles are paid.

Show 1: February 6 - March 21 - rehearsals begin on or about January 19 - tech begins February 1
Show 2: April 3 - May 16 - rehearsals begin on or about March 16 - tech begins March 29
Show 3: May 29 - July 11 - rehearsals begin on or about May 11 - tech begins May 24
Show 4: July 24 - September 5 - rehearsals begin on or about July 11 - tech begins July 19
Show 5: September 18 - October 31 - rehearsals begin on or about August 31 - tech begins September 13
Show 6: November 13 - December 23 - rehearsals begin on or about October 26 - tech begins November 8
