Reservation Policies

  • Tickets may be purchased online, by phone or in-person.  Online ticket purchases are non-refundable.

  • When reserving tickets by phone, a credit card number is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation.

  • A notice of at least 24 hours is required for all cancellations and/or changes.  Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and/or changes may result in your card being charged in full.

  • During the months of November & December a cancellation and/or change to reservations is required at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled show time.

  • In the event of a "No Show", the patron will be responsible for the full ticket value and the card on file will be charged.

  • Coupons, vouchers, paper certificates, etc. are not valid between Thanksgiving Day and New Year's Day.

  • Seating will be assigned as reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.  We welcome your seating requests; however, we can never guarantee a specific table or request.

Cancellations Due to Weather

  • The standard cancellation policy applies (see 'Reservation Policies' above) during inclement weather unless current or predicted weather conditions prohibit the production from taking place.  In short, if we're still having a show the standard cancellation policy applies.

    • In extreme cases, you may request to move your reservation to another date, based upon availability.  If you opt to move your reservation due to weather, your new reservation will become non-refundable and may not be moved or cancelled.

  • This is Kansas and weather can and does change.  If you aren't sure you're going to want to brave it, give us a call at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, otherwise you will be responsible for the full ticket value and the card on file will be charged.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is your show appropriate for children/family-friendly?

  • All of our shows are rated PG-13 for some adult innuendo; however we welcome children of all ages.  The notorious "Uncensored Shows" are rated R and guests must be at least 18 years old to attend.

  • Is there a children's ticket price?

  • No.

  • How long do the shows last?

  • The first half is generally about 50 minutes, followed by a 15 minute intermission, followed by a musical-comedy revue, which generally lasts about 45-50 minutes.

  • Can you accommodate any dietary needs?

  • We gladly offer a vegetarian (it's actually vegan!) protein which can be complimented by the side items on the buffet.  If your diet extends beyond being a vegetarian, we might suggest that you enjoy a meal elsewhere and purchase a show only ticket.

  • I've had something come up!  What do you mean I can't cancel my seats for tonight?

  • Look, we understand that things come up and some circumstances are unforeseen, but we require a notice of at least 24 hours for all cancellations and/or changes.  First, our dinners are catered, and we purchase your meal from our caterer when you have a reservation.  Second, when you reserve a seat and then cancel at the last minute, the seat cannot be resold.
